New Pricing: Calculate Your Price and Get Your Quote
Entropy Data has new pricing, and every price is public: all plans including Enterprise, every add-on, and professional services. The new pricing calculator shows what your setup costs per year, in EUR or USD, and gives you a quote as a PDF without waiting for a sales call.
How the pricing works
- Every paid plan is an annual base fee. Team costs € 20,000 per year and includes 10 Studio Users and one environment, Business costs € 75,000 and includes 25 Studio Users and two environments, and Enterprise costs € 200,000 and includes 50 Studio Users, three environments, and an onsite workshop day. Support and a kick-off workshop come with every paid plan.
- Only Studio Users count. Studio Users are the people who edit and approve, including governance users and admins. Marketplace Users, who browse the marketplace and request access to data products, are free and unlimited on every plan.
- Additional Studio Users cost € 99 per month each, billed annually, in steps of five. The fee stops rising at 250 Studio Users.
- Cloud and self-hosted cost the same and include the same features.
- Longer terms cost less: 5% off the recurring fee for two years, 10% for three.
- The free plans stay: Starter in the Cloud and the self-hosted Community edition.
Add-ons have list prices too: additional environments, a Dedicated Deployment on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and support for the open-source Data Contract CLI. The questions and answers on the pricing page explain every item.
